In a Witch's Wardrobe by Juliet Blackwell

In a Witch's Wardrobe by Juliet Blackwell
2012, Obsidian Mystery
Series: Book 4 of Witchcraft Mysteries

Synopsis: While attending the local Art Deco ball, vintage clothing store owner Lily Ivory, who practices magic on the side, comes across a sinister sleeping spell that is linked to a string of poisonings in the Bay Area witchcraft community.

The Good: Highlight of this book: Lily hooks up!! Like whoa. Totally what I've been waiting for. And it was awesome. And now I'm all in the emotional abyss of "whatever is she going to do now?" And the ending. Wow. Big things coming. The interpersonal stuff was fantastic, as always, as was the mystery.

The Bad: Lily isn't socially inept, despite what she claims. The problem is that she's constantly hiding behind that excuse and it gets old. For someone so clear about herself in other aspects of her life, this inconsistency is glaring.
